Nemanja Bogunovic, classical guitarist, composer and
arranger was born in Belgrade, Serbia. He started playing
the guitar at the age of seven, and gave his first public
performance at the age of ten.
He attended music high school "Josip Slavenski" in Belgrade,
where he studied guitar with Nada Kondic, and graduated
from the Conservatory of Music in Belgrade, where he
studied with Vera Ogrizovic.
Nemanja Bogunovic is an artist with very sensitive approach
to the guitar . His playing represents a great combination of
virtuosity, colorful expression and delicate sound.
Because of his extraordinary musicianship, he has been
recognized as "Guitarist of poetic musicality".
In 2004, HRH Princess Linda Karageorgevich of Serbia
appointed him Art Director of the Prince Tomislav Foundation.
Nemanja Bogunovic had the opportunity to study with the
Royal Family of classical guitar (Los Romeros) in San Diego;
also he attended master classes of many famous guitarists,
such as Roland Dyens, Dusan Bogdanovic and David Russell.
Mr. Bogunovic gave recitals throughout the United States and
Europe, and also appeared as a soloist with several chamber
and symphonic orchestras in USA and Serbia. |
